About the Role

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Indiana Bible College assists the IBC President in leading the college, aligning all operations with the mission of IBC and the values of Calvary Tabernacle. The EVP provides strategic, administrative, and spiritual leadership, fostering a Christ-centered environment that promotes academic excellence rooted in Apostolic doctrine.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Driving the implementation of IBC’s mission and vision through effective planning and staff alignment.

  • Administrative Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments support IBC’s goals.

  • Financial Stewardship: Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maintain financial health.

  • Staff Development: Leading and mentoring staff, while supporting personnel growth and organizational effectiveness.

  • External Relations: Representing IBC to pastors, alumni, and external partners, strengthening key relationships.

  • Academic Support: Collaborating with Deans to enhance instructional quality and student success.
